Job Title: Full Stack Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Development Trainer to join our dynamic IT training team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing course materials, and ensuring students are industry-ready upon course completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led classroom and/or online training sessions on Full Stack Web Development.
• Design, update, and improve curriculum and training materials based on industry trends and technology updates.
• Provide hands-on coding exercises, real-time project guidance, and code reviews.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support.

Key Topics to be Covered:

• Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• Back-End Technologies: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, Authentication, etc.
• Database: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Version Control: Git & GitHub

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
