Full Stack Digital Marketing Project Manager

Job Description

Alrwyt Alwash is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack 360 Digital Marketer & Project Manager who can both execute digital marketing strategies and manage projects end-to-end. This role requires hands-on expertise across all digital channels along with strong leadership, planning, and accountability skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing (360° Ownership)

• Plan and execute complete digital marketing strategies (Web Development, SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Google ads, Email Marketing)
• Manage Meta, Google Ads, and other paid campaigns with ROI focus
• Oversee content marketing, branding, and lead generation funnels
• Monitor performance, analytics, conversions, and campaign optimization
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and platform changes

Project & Team Management

• Manage digital projects from planning to execution and delivery
• Assign tasks, set timelines, and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design, Development, and Sales teams
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers
• Ensure quality control, documentation, and reporting

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients
• Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
• Present reports, insights, and performance results to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in 360 Digital Marketing and Project Management
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Web Development, SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Analytics
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing agencies or multi-brand environments
• Knowledge of funnels, CRM tools, and automation
• Technical understanding of websites, landing pages, and CMS platforms

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
