Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience in developing modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Django (Python) for backend development and React.js/Next.js for frontend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Django and React.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate them with modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, API integration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Knowledge of Docker or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
