Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FinTech Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing robust, secure, and high-performance applications specifically within the banking, trading, or financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

*  Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable server-side components using Node.js and Express.js.

*  Build dynamic, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces for financial dashboards and applications using React.js.

*  Design and implement efficient and well-structured database schemas using MongoDB, with a strong focus on data integrity and performance.

*  Develop and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

*  Integrate with third-party financial APIs (e.g., payment gateways, market data feeds, risk engines, KYC providers).

*  Implement stringent security protocols and data protection measures, including encryption, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and authorization, adhering to financial industry standards.

*  Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

*  Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

*  Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and application issues

Qualifications & Must-Haves

*  3-5 years of professional software development experience.

*  Proven experience working in the fintech, banking, trading, or financial services sector.

*  Strong proficiency in the full MERN stack:

*  Solid understanding of financial concepts and a passion for the fintech domain.

*  Experience with security best practices specific to financial applications (e.g., PCI DSS compliance, GDPR, encryption at rest and in transit).

*  Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

*  Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
