As part of our regional expansion, Pay10 is launching operations in Egypt , one of the fastest-growing fintech markets in MENA. Pay10 Egypt will deliver secure, scalable digital payment solutions for businesses and consumers, including payment gateway services, merchant acquiring, wallets, cross-border payments, and open finance integrations , operating under the regulatory oversight of the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) .

Role overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) backend development and Angular frontend frameworks, capable of building scalable, distributed systems using microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will also have strong DevOps fundamentals, including hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, along with proficiency in MongoDB and other relational or NoSQL databases.

As a Full Stack Developer , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and back-end components of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Core Java, J2EE skills, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Building and optimizing front-end UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks Angular
• Integrating front-end components with back-end services and databases to ensure seamless functionality.
• Developing and implementing RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth operation of software applications.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 Years of Experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE skills, Spring Framework, Spring Boot , Hibernate, and Struts.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks ( Angular)
• Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
