Role Summary

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer who can build end-to-end features across a modern web stack:

TypeScript on the front-end and .NET (C# / ASP.NET Core) on the back-end. You’ll translate

product requirements into clean UI, robust APIs, secure data models, and well-tested code. You

care about performance, accessibility, observability, and developer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Feature delivery, end-to-end: Design and implement UI views/components, API

endpoints, data models, and background jobs for assigned stories/epics.

• Front-end (TS/CSS): Build responsive, accessible interfaces (React/Next.js preferred);

manage state, forms, and API clients; follow design system specs.

• Back-end (.NET): Implement ASP.NET Core Web APIs (REST/GraphQL), data access (EF

Core/Dapper), caching (Redis), and messaging where needed.

• API contracts: Help define OpenAPI/Swagger specs, versioning, pagination, idempotency,

and error handling consistent with our guidelines.

• Quality first: Write unit/integration/UI tests (Jest/Vitest, Playwright, xUnit/NUnit), use

feature flags, and participate in code reviews.

• Security & privacy: Follow secure coding practices (OWASP), secrets handling, and

least-privilege access; support authN/Z (OAuth2/OIDC).

• Performance & DX: Profile queries/endpoints, guard against regressions, and improve CI

build/test times with the team.

• Observability: Emit structured logs, metrics, and traces (OpenTelemetry) so issues are

diagnosable in prod.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product & Design for scope/UX, with QA on acceptance

criteria, and with DevOps on CI/CD and runtime needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–6+ years professional experience shipping web apps.
• Front-end: Strong TypeScript, React/Next.js (or similar), modern CSS (CSS

Modules/Tailwind), HTML5, accessibility basics.

• Back-end: Solid C# / ASP.NET Core, REST API design, Entity Framework Core (or Dapper),

relational DB design (Postgres/SQL Server).

• Tooling: Git, code reviews, container basics (Docker), CI (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps),

package managers, lint/format/test.

• Testing: Comfort with unit/integration tests; UI/e2e (Playwright) and API testing

(Postman/Newman or REST-assured) exposure.

• Cloud literacy: Deploying to AWS or Azure (we’re cloud-agnostic), environment configs,

and secrets management.

• Clear communication and the ability to decompose problems and estimate realistically.
