FULL-STACK GROWTH DEVELOPER

Compensation Range: $140,000 - 170,000 per year

Our client is seeking a Full-Stack Growth Developer to serve as our technical "gatekeeper" and own the entire performance of our primary lead-generating website. This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for site stability, speed, security, and deploying all front-end growth and conversion-focused experiments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the entire technical architecture of the website, including the CMS (WordPress), hosting, and overall site security.
  • Ensure tight uptime, reliability, and security, managing plugins and addressing vulnerabilities immediately to protect our core business asset.
  • Proactively manage and optimize site performance (speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall User Experience) to reduce friction in the lead capture process.
  • Build and deploy new landing pages, forms, and Call-to-Action (CTA) changes to support marketing campaigns and lead generation goals.
  • Partner with the CRO Specialist to implement and run A/B tests on key site infrastructure elements and conversion flows.
  • Implement all technical SEO recommendations (e.g., site structure, site maps, page speed fixes) identified by the SEO Specialist.
  • Ensure frictionless lead capture and booking flows across the site, making sure every click leads easily to a qualified lead for our sales team.
  • Implement trust signals, testimonials, and social proof elements across the site to boost credibility and conversion rates.
  • Act as the essential technical partner to the CRO, SEO, and Marketing Operations teams, supporting all growth experiments and site-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate on a potential future website revamp to update the site and accommodate new target profiles.

Qualifications:

  • Strong full-stack development experience with a deep focus on WordPress architecture, security, and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in deploying marketing and CRO initiatives (e.g., landing pages, A/B tests) in a lead-generation environment.
  • Expertise in technical SEO implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience ensuring security and reliability as a primary function of site ownership.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-directed mentality-you can manage the website independently and drive required updates.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills to translate technical requirements for marketing and business teams.
