As a Full Stack Java Developer at OBSS, you will work across back-end and front-end technologies to develop robust web applications, integrate services, and contribute to mission-critical projects in diverse industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead development efforts where necessary.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex program documentation, including structure diagrams, behavior diagrams, interaction diagrams, system/program flowcharts, test plans, and conversion plans.
• Review and improve the development and coding of Java programs and web applications, ensuring appropriate documentation.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm system and project objectives are met.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend new procedures or techniques to improve performance and maintainability.
• Communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external vendors, customers, and management.
• Lead medium-to-large technical teams to deliver high-quality software products on time.
• Integrate back-end services using REST APIs and ensure seamless front-end/back-end collaboration.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing web services and applications across diverse industries.
• Strong back-end development experience with Java, Spring Framework (MVC, Boot, Data), JPA, Hibernate, and SQL.
• Front-end development experience with React and/or Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus.
• Experience with web services: SOAP, RESTful, JSON, XML.
• Familiarity with Docker and design patterns (MVVM, Repository, Unit of Work, IoC, Dependency Injection) is highly desirable.
• Object-oriented development skills.
• Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of database management systems and data modeling (MSSQL, PostgreSQL preferred).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• High energy, drive, and result-oriented mindset.
