What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide, mentor, and grow a team of developers—fostering innovation and ownership.
• Build & Innovate: Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work directly with stakeholders to turn ideas into actionable technical plans and realistic timelines.
• Elevate Quality: Champion clean code, performance optimization, and best practices through thoughtful code reviews.
• Drive Delivery: Own project sprints from planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality results, on time.

What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development using Node.js, Express.js, React.js/Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Proven leadership experience in an Agile environment—you know how to lead projects and people.
• A solid grasp of scalable architecture and microservices.
• Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
