Job Summary

We are looking for a PHP Full-Stack Laravel Developer with experience in building CRM systems and integrating telephony/voice systems (SIP protocols / VoIP protocols, AI-driven voice integrations). The ideal candidate should be capable of developing clean, maintainable, and scalable web applications and supporting SaaS-style platforms.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data analysts, and operations to deliver high-quality web applications for call center and SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications (backend + frontend integration).
• Work on CRM systems and telephony integrations (AI voice, SIP protocols, call flows).
• Design and consume RESTful APIs for internal and third-party integrations.
• Assist in building SaaS modules, including user roles, dashboards, and reporting.
• Write clean, maintainable, and documented code following MVC architecture and best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers (Vue.js/JS frameworks) to integrate UI with backend services.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of web applications.
• Support long-term maintenance and performance optimization of existing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in PHP & Laravel development.
• Hands-on experience with database design and optimization (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of CRM workflows and experience with call center systems or telephony integration.
• Basic frontend skills: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Knowledge of version control (Git/Bitbucket).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented Agile environment.

Good to Have

• Exposure to SaaS platforms and multi-role user systems.
• Experience with Node.js, Vue.js, or Next.js.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or voice-based application integration.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or similar).
