We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Full Stack Marketer to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the entire digital lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills across multiple channels, including content, SEO, paid media, email, and analytics. This role is crucial for driving measurable business growth and optimizing the entire marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Funnel Management

  • Develop and Own the Marketing Funnel: Design, manage, and optimize the entire customer journey, focusing on measurable metrics at each stage (awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty).
  • Strategy Development: Create and execute integrated marketing strategies that combine SEO, content, paid advertising, and email marketing to meet specific revenue and growth targets.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across various platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, etc.) to maximize ROI.

2. Technical & Performance Marketing

  • SEO/SEM Expertise: Lead all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including technical SEO audits, keyword research, content optimization, and link building. Manage and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns (PPC).
  • Data and Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and CRM systems to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Plan and execute A/B tests (using tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize) on landing pages and website elements to improve conversion rates and user experience (UX).

3. Content & Digital Channels

  • Content Strategy: Oversee the content calendar and creation process for high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video scripts.
  • Email Marketing: Design, build, and segment automated email campaigns (drip campaigns) and newsletters to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Website Management: Work closely with the development team on website functionality, ensuring proper tracking setup, page speed optimization, and overall site health.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable success across both technical (SEO/Analytics) and creative (Content/Email) disciplines.
  • Proven Expertise in:
  • SEO & Technical SEO.
  • PPC/Paid Media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Google Analytics (GA4) and GTM implementation.
  • Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals relevant to web optimization and email templating.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
