About the Role
We’re looking for a meticulous, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of hands-on experience. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, turning insights from Google Analytics and other tools into measurable growth. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, comfortable with light AI prompt workflows, and thrives on structured experimentation.
What You’ll Do
- Content creation: Produce well-researched, engaging, and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, articles, and product descriptions.
- SEO optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and improve search rankings. This includes creating optimized headlines, meta descriptions, and on-page elements.
- Strategic collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and other teams to align content with business goals and develop strategic content plans.
- Content maintenance: Edit, proofread, and update existing website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability.
- Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic and engagement metrics using analytics tools to assess and refine content strategies.
- Industry awareness: Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and effectiv
- Performance marketing across Google Ads/Meta/LinkedIn: campaign setup, audience strategy, budgets, A/B testing, and daily optimizations to hit CAC/ROAS goals.
- Measure everything: build dashboards and reports in Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio; track funnel performance, attribution, and cohort trends.
- Tagging & tracking: implement and QA events with Google Tag Manager; maintain UTM governance, pixels, and conversion schemas.
- Landing pages & CRO: brief and QA landing pages, run A/B tests (copy, creative, forms), and iterate based on analytics and session recordings.
- Simple AI automations: use prompt-based tools to draft ad variations, subject lines, and QA checklists; set up lightweight automations (e.g., lead enrichment, content repurposing).
- Stakeholder hygiene: keep campaign docs, experiment logs, and tracking matrices spotless and up to date.
Must-Have Skills & Tools
- 2–4 years in digital/performance marketing with proven results.
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager: event setups, conversions, custom dimensions, debugging.
- SEO: on-page fundamentals, basic technical audits, and keyword/content planning.
- Performance Ads: Google Ads (Search/PMAX/Display), Meta Ads; basic LinkedIn Ads.
- Email marketing: ESPs (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo), segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability basics.
- CRO & landing pages: form strategy, heatmaps/session recordings (e.g., Hotjar), experiment design.
- AI & automation literacy: prompt craft for ad/copy drafts; set up simple no-code workflows (Zapier/Make or similar).
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills; UTM discipline; impeccable QA habits.
- Exceptional attention to detail: you catch naming errors, broken links, tracking gaps, and typos before anyone else.
Nice to Have
- Looker Studio dashboarding; basic SQL a plus.
- Experience with marketing CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and lead routing.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email/landing tweaks.
- Familiarity with consent management/GA4 compliance best practices.
- Experience with B2B lead gen funnels or e-commerce.

- CAC and ROAS improvement across paid channels.
- Tracking accuracy: >98% event reliability and consistent UTM taxonomy.

- Email performance: uplift in CTOR and conversion rate; stable deliverability.
- Experiment velocity: 2–4 meaningful tests per month with documented learnings.
