Full Stack Shopify Developer (TypeScript, React, Custom Apps)

Softerra is hiring a Full Stack Shopify Developer to work across a multi repository ecosystem covering a Shopify storefront, custom membership and community platforms, backend workflows, and data integration pipelines.
What you will work on:
Shopify theme development, custom apps, backend workflow services, customer facing portals, and API integrations across multiple connected repositories.

Must have skills:
Shopify Liquid (sections, metaobjects, metafields, app blocks, OS 2.0 and custom themes) TypeScript and Node.js with real production experience Next.js and React for customer facing portals Supabase or PostgreSQL (row level security, Postgres functions, query optimization) Shopify Admin API and Storefront API (GraphQL, webhooks, App Bridge, Shopify Functions) Experience building private or custom Shopify apps Queue and worker systems (QStash, Upstash, or similar) and event driven architecture Vercel deployment and CI/CD from GitHub Solid Git workflow including pull requests, code reviews, and team branching.

Requirements:

BSCS / BS SE with 3+ Years of relevant experience

Working style:
Self sufficient at navigating large codebases without hand holding. Clear written English for async collaboration. Comfortable managing priorities across multiple repositories. Detail oriented on live customer facing work.
Nice to have:
Customer service tooling or AI agent frameworks Shopify Plus (B2B, multi store, Shopify Flow) Recharge or Appstle Book, publishing, or media catalog experience
Engagement:
Full time, onsite role based in Rawalpindi. Must be able to overlap with US working hours for collaboration with the core engineering team.
