This is Night Shift Job. Job time is 8PM - 4 AMDeveloping and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.&#9679; Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling, and booking appointments with prospective clients.&#9679; Generating leads and contacting potential and existing customers through phone, email, and social media platforms, with timely responses to all queries being essential.&#9679; Handling customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, sharing relevant product catalogs, promotional deals, and product information.&#9679; Managing the sales process through specific software, maintaining the CRM database, preparing and sending quotes and proposals, and providing daily updates on progress.&#9679; Creating invoices for all orders and organizing information in folders, software, and excel sheets while cross-selling and up-selling to increase purchase amounts.&#9679; Coordinating with the production team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders, and providing clients with regular updates on order status.&#9679; Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the Company, and preparing reports on sales performance for senior management.&#9679; Maintaining relationships with key clients, including retargeting potential leads and nurturing relationships with past clients for repeat business.&#9679; Staying updated with market trends and competitors to ensure the sales strategy remains competitive and relevant.&#9679; Participating in sales team meetings and collaborating with colleagues to refine strategies and improve team performanceJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
