Upwork Bidding Specialist

Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Upwork Bidding Expert at Softerra. The Upwork Bidding Expert will be responsible for managing the bidding process on the Upwork platform, identifying potential clients, preparing and submitting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Upwork Bidding Expert will also be responsible for maintaining a strong online presence and building relationships with clients to maximize business opportunities.

Experience

• 2+ years of Experience in managing the bidding process on Upwork
• Strong knowledge of the Upwork platform and its functionalities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare and submit persuasive proposals
• Negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in digital marketing and client relationship management is a plus

Qualification:

• BSCS / Software Engineering / Graduation
