Business Development Representative (B2B)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with strong exposure to the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and driving business growth. This role is best suited for someone proactive, target-oriented, and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BPO industry.
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the BPO or related industry.
  • Experience in Medical Billing is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven mindset.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Job Details

Working Days: 5 days a week

Shift hours: 10-hour shift

Job Type: Full Time | Night Shift

  • Salary Range: PKR 250,000-300,000 (based on experience and skill set)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
