Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

About Devcubix Devcubix is a fast-growing digital agency specializing in high-end WordPress development, complex migrations, and custom software solutions. We are a team of 25+ experts delivering high-impact results for international clients. We are currently scaling our sales operations and looking for a process-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team.

The Role You will be the engine of our growth. Your primary responsibility is to identify high-value prospects, qualify them, and initiate the outreach process. You will work closely with the founders to execute data-driven prospecting strategies and keep our custom CRM/dashboard updated with high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools to identify decision-makers at SMBs and marketing agencies that fit our service profile.
  • Outreach: Manage daily connection requests, follow-ups, and initial InMail/email outreach using personalized, high-conversion templates.
  • Data Management: Accurately track and manage lead status within our internal project management dashboard.
  • Research: Provide "background briefs" on prospective clients before we submit high-value proposals on Upwork/Fiverr.
  • Reporting: Track key metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and meeting bookings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation (LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must).
  • Strong familiarity with sales stack tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or equivalent).
  • Ability to learn and utilize custom internal systems/dashboards.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills for professional outreach.
  • A data-driven mindset—you aren't just sending messages; you are optimizing for results.
