Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Cold Calling Specialist) – Night Shift

We are hiring a Lead Generation Executive (Cold Calling Specialist) who can confidently engage with customers and generate quality leads through outbound calls. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Communicate effectively with international clients
• Maintain accurate call records and update data sheets or CRM
• Understand customer needs and respond professionally
• Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Minimum 14 or 16 years of education (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong confidence in handling customers over calls
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or call center is preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills

Shift Timing:

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Location:
Silk Center, 3rd Floor, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Working Days
Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday off
