We are looking for a high-octane Business Development Manager to lead this expansion.

The Role: What You’ll Do
- Market Expansion: Identify and sign new US-based partnerships within our core domains: Insurance (Health, Auto, Life), Home Improvement, and SSDI Advocacy.
- Consultative Selling: Go beyond "per-seat" pricing. You will sell SmartBrains’ ability to deliver 24/7 support, data security, and specialized expertise.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from initial LinkedIn/cold outreach to high-level RFP presentations and closing.
- US Client Management: Serve as the strategic bridge between our operations in Rawalpindi and our partners in the US.
What We’re Looking For
- The Experience: 3–7 years in BPO/Call Center sales with a specific focus on US-based clients.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the US insurance landscape (Medicare, ACA, Final Expense) is a massive plus.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency. You must be able to lead Zoom/Teams calls with US CEOs and VPs confidently.
- The Hustle: A self-starter who thrives on uncapped commissions and is willing to work US business hours (EST/PST).
- Compliance Savvy: Understanding of US regulatory standards (HIPAA, TCPA) to ensure our clients feel secure.
