What You’ll Do

• Search and identify relevant jobs on Upwork
• Write high-converting, customized proposals
• Communicate with clients and handle initial discussions
• Track bids, responses, and conversion rates
• Optimize profiles and proposal strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or sales rep
• Strong proposal writing and persuasion skills
• Understanding of digital agency services
• Ability to analyze job posts and respond strategically
• Consistent and result-driven mindset
