International Sales Executive

Role Description

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING):

To ensure we find the right fit, please only apply if you meet the following non-negotiable criteria:

  • Pay: The base service fee is fixed between PKR 35,000 and PKR 60,000 (commensurate with experience) + uncapped commissions.
  • Commute: This is a strictly ON-SITE role in Rawalpindi. Shifts conclude LATE AT NIGHT. You must have reliable personal transport or a guaranteed method to commute safely at these hours.
  • Schedule: We operate a 5-day rotational roster, including weekends. Off-days and shift timings are shuffled periodically to meet international operational demands. (Afternoon to late night following UK hours)
  • Nature of Work: This role involves inbound enquiries, proactive outbound sales, and operational coordination.

The Opportunity: As an International Sales Executive, you will manage a high-performance sales desk for a leading UK transport booking platform. While your initial focus will be on this specific campaign, Easiz offers a dynamic environment where talent is redeployed across various international projects based on seasonal demands and business growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Conversion: Convert inbound enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp) and conduct proactive outbound sales/lead generation during off-peak periods.
  • Logistics & Quotations: Utilise bespoke platform tools to provide accurate pricing for a diverse range of transport and logistics requirements.
  • Inter-departmental Coordination: Liaise with Supplier Relations to confirm logistics and the Finance Department to verify payments and handle invoicing.
  • Reporting & Records: Maintain meticulous real-time records in the CRM and prepare daily operational reports for management review.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for service challenges, ensuring professional solutions that align with client standards.

Qualifications

  • English Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written British English skills are mandatory.
  • Commercial DNA: A "sales-first" mindset with the ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Competent in maintaining records and generating basic reports via Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Professional Resilience: Ability to maintain high energy during late-night shifts and handle high-pressure scenarios.
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
