International Sales Executive

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (Please read before applying):

• You must be able to work from our Rawalpindi office.
• This is a 6-day working week.
• Working hours are 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
• Shift timings are rotational and may fall anytime between 12:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
• You must have reliable personal transport or a safe late-night commute arrangement.
• Weekly off-day and shift timings may change based on business needs.
• The role includes sales, inbound enquiries, outbound calls, quotations, follow-ups, and operational coordination.
• Strong spoken and written English is mandatory.

Role Description

We are hiring an International Sales Executive to handle enquiries, convert leads, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and coordinate with internal teams for an international, UK-based campaign.

Employees may also be assigned to other international projects based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through follow-up and negotiation.
• Make outbound sales calls during off-peak periods.
• Prepare accurate quotations using company tools.
• Coordinate with supplier relations and finance teams.
• Maintain CRM records and daily reports.
• Handle client issues professionally.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Sales-focused mindset.
• Ability to negotiate, follow up, and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and online tools.
• Ability to work under pressure during late-night shifts.
• Minimum intermediate / A-levels required. Bachelor’s preferred.
