The Division

The Position

We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join one of our R&D teams. The selected candidates will work out of the Contour Software Lahore resource center office, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Good knowledge of .NET framework.
• 4+ Years of development experience in C#, JavaScript, and Angular
• 4+ years of experience with developing and maintaining REST based APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Strong experience working with relational databases, including schema design, development, and SQL queries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Having a good experience using Git.
• Having good exposure or experience with cloud development using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
  

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality code that meets functional requirements, is easy to maintain, and provides a positive user experience.
• Partner with other team members to understand, identify and fix product bugs.
• Provide high level technical support to other team members and customers.
• Solve complex technical issues such as performance bottlenecks, architectural limitations, or user experience challenges.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality standards.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices to contribute effectively to their teams and projects.
• Participate in agile planning and stand-up meetings as necessary.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
