The role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Software Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web experiences and internal tooling. You’ll work across the stack—from pixel-perfect front ends to robust data models and automations that help us create and manage websites at scale.

Location: Must be based in the Oklahoma City metro. In-office: 4 days/week. Comp: $75,000–$105,000 BOE + benefits & 401(k).

What you’ll do

• Build front ends with Next.js / React and SvelteKit that are fast, accessible, and maintainable.

• Design APIs and backend services (preferably Node.js/TypeScript) backed by PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, performance tuning).

• Create automations and internal tools to spin up and manage websites at scale (templating, scaffolding, CI/CD, content workflows).

• Integrate with platforms like WordPress (Elementor), Supabase, Vercel, and Monday.com; connect third-party APIs (REST/GraphQL).

• Ship to production frequently using modern DevOps practices (preview builds, feature flags, environment configs).

• Improve reliability with logging, monitoring, and alerting; write tests that matter (unit/integration/end-to-end).

• Partner with designers, marketers, and client teams to translate business goals into shipped features.

• Keep pages snappy and findable (performance budgets, Core Web Vitals, SEO basics, accessibility first).

Must-haves (you)

• 3+ years professional experience building production web apps.

• Proficiency with Next.js or React and/or SvelteKit.

• Strong PostgreSQL experience (data modeling, migrations, query optimization).

• Comfortable owning features end-to-end: UI → API → DB → deploy.

• Experience with WordPress (ideally Elementor) and headless or hybrid setups.

• Familiarity with Supabase and Vercel (deploys, envs, previews).

• Experience building automations/workflows (scripts, CLIs, Zapier/Make, or custom services) to reduce manual work.

• Solid Git hygiene, code reviews, and collaboration in a team setting.

• Located in OKC area and able to work in office 4 days/week.

• Work authorization in the U.S. (we’re not able to sponsor at this time).

Nice-to-haves

• TypeScript across the stack and Node.js backend experience.

• Serverless experience (e.g., AWS Lambda) and edge runtimes.

• Experience with Cloudflare, CDNs, DNS, and caching strategies.

• Headless CMS experience (we use our own internal CMS and also WordPress).

• E2E testing with Playwright/Cypress; story-driven component development.

• Analytics & observability (GA4, PostHog, Sentry, OpenTelemetry).

• Security best practices (auth, RBAC, OWASP, secrets management).

• Accessibility (WCAG), localization, and multi-brand design systems.

• Data: PostgreSQL, Prisma/Drizzle (or similar), Supabase

• Infra/DevOps: Vercel, GitHub Actions, feature flags, preview environments

• Collab: Monday.com, Linear/Jira (or similar), Figma
