We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (Python) who can take ownership of backend architecture, microservices design, automation tools, and application performance. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenging engineering problems.

What You’ll Be Working On

As a key member of the engineering team, you will:

• Architect, develop, and maintain microservices-based systems using Docker.
• Implement & optimize Docker networking for container-to-container communication.
• Build scalable web scraping & automation tools using Selenium.
• Create and maintain data extraction, bot systems, and anti-bot measures.
• Develop high-performance APIs using FastAPI and enhance Django applications.
• Implement pub-sub message queues and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues to improve performance.

Required Technical Skills

We’re looking for someone with strong command over:

• Docker, containerization, Docker Compose & orchestration
• Microservices architecture design & implementation
• Docker networking (bridges, service discovery, inter-container communication)
• Selenium automation & web scraping
• Bot development & data extraction
• Pub-sub systems & asynchronous messaging
• Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI)
• Strong Python backend development skills
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
• Version control (Git)
• CI/CD pipelines & DevOps practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in backend or full-stack development
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 200,000 – 300,000 PKR (Tax-Free Income)
• Dinner Provided (Shift timing: 4 PM – 1 AM)
• 17 Annual Paid Leaves
• Office Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
