Full-Stack Software Engineer – Team Leader

Job Description

• Lead a team of software engineers, provide mentoring, and conduct technical interviews.
• Design system architecture and select appropriate technology stack.
• Develop backend APIs and microservices and build responsive frontend interfaces (React/Angular).
• Integrate databases, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own release cycles, deployments, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of systems.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices, TDD, unit/integration testing, and Git workflows.
• Strong experience with at least one backend technology (.NET, Node.js, Java, Python).
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and state management.
• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases, caching (Redis), and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and monitoring tools.
• Follow software engineering principles (SOLID, design patterns, Clean Architecture, DDD).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 10+ years in software development with extensive hands-on coding experience.
• At least 5+ years in technical leadership or team lead roles managing mid-to-large engineering teams.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-traffic, production-grade systems .
• Experience leading end-to-end software projects in Agile/Scrum environments .
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based architectures , microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and drive engineering best practices.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, QA, and operations teams.
