Location: Fully Remote (12pm to 8pm PK Time)

Overview

Our client is a fast-growing startup based in Switzerland operating in the renewable solar financing sector. They are looking for multiple experienced Full-Stack Engineers to help develop modern, scalable web applications.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across the stack—from building intuitive UIs to managing databases and deployments. You’ll join a collaborative team and contribute directly to impactful projects that support clean energy adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Next.js, Supabase, and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Tailwind CSS and Shadcn UI components.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries in Supabase (Postgres).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and API integrations.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on Vercel.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices across the stack.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in Next.js.
• Skilled in working with relational databases, preferably Postgres/Supabase.
• Solid experience building UIs with Tailwind CSS and component libraries.
• Familiarity with serverless deployment platforms, ideally Vercel.
• Understanding of authentication, APIs, and secure application design.
• Exposure to Ruby on Rails is a strong plus.
• Preferred: Prior experience building fintech or solar-related web solutions.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
