Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN) who can independently handle end-to-end project development. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, passionate about coding, and able to work on complex projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Manage complete project lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of web applications
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers for seamless integration
• Maintain high code quality through best practices and code reviews
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and databases effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer
• Proven experience in independently developing and delivering full-cycle projects
• Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
• Excellent knowledge of RESTful APIs, web security, and database architecture
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
