About the Role:

LX Marketing is seeking a Website Developer & Designer who understands the aesthetics and performance standards of luxury brands. The ideal candidate must be able to translate high-end design sensibilities into visually elegant, fast, and functional websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop premium, responsive websites that reflect luxury brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to deliver flawless UI/UX.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile performance.
• Maintain and update website content, plugins, integrations regularly.
• Ensure consistency in design, typography, color schemes, and layout.
• Implement lead-generation tools, contact forms, and analytics tracking.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of website design and development (preferably for high-end or luxury brands).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Advanced knowledge of UI/UX, responsiveness, and user-centric design.
• Basic SEO understanding and performance optimization.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• A keen eye for minimalist and luxurious design.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Bonus Skills:

• Experience working with fashion, real estate, interior design, or premium services websites.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation integrations.
• Animation or interactive design skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
