Gadobo is an early-stage travel tech startup focused on transforming travel booking and management through a peer-to-peer marketplace. We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer based in Cairo, Egypt, to join our team.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our web platform, with opportunities to influence the product's direction in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend.

- Integrate third-party APIs, including payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), and travel data providers (e.g., RapidAPI).

- Implement secure user authentication, authorization, and data management systems.

- Build and refine admin dashboards for analytics, content management, and operations.

- Work closely with the founder to convert requirements into technical features.

- Ensure code quality through testing and troubleshooting for a reliable user experience.

- Offer insights on technical challenges and product improvements.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated full-stack development experience, preferably with startups or MVPs.

- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.

- Experience with backend technologies like Node.js and Express.js, or Firebase.

- Proven skills in RESTful API integration and third-party services.

- Knowledge of databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firestore.

- Familiarity with secure coding and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take project ownership.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Availability for freelance/contract work; occasional in-person meetups in Cairo.
