Job Title: Full-Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing company websites, landing pages, and digital systems, while working closely with marketing and business teams to support lead generation and performance growth.

This is an in-house role, requiring strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, including the implementation of AI-powered features and automation where relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Programming

• Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and landing pages
• Build and manage front-end and back-end components
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs
• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, internal systems, and AI services
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability

Performance & Optimization

• Improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO performance
• Implement best practices for security, backups, and updates
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance

Digital Marketing & Tracking Support

• Support Google Ads landing pages and conversion tracking
• Implement GA4 and Google Tag Manager events
• Assist with conversion optimization and A/B testing
• Ensure proper data flow between ads, website, AI tools, and CRM systems

Systems, Automation & AI

• Implement and maintain AI-powered features (e.g. chatbots, smart forms, lead qualification tools)
• Integrate AI APIs and automation tools into websites and internal systems
• Automate lead handling, content workflows, and internal processes using AI where appropriate
• Integrate CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and payment gateways
• Build internal tools, dashboards, or client portals when needed
• Maintain technical documentation for systems, workflows, and AI integrations

Required Technical Skills

Core Development

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Front-end frameworks: React / Next.js / Vue (at least one)
• Back-end experience: Node.js / PHP / Python
• Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• API development and integrations (REST / JSON)
• Version control: Git (GitHub / GitLab)

Marketing, Analytics & AI

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager
• Basic understanding of Google Ads (conversion tracking, landing pages)
• Technical SEO fundamentals
• Experience integrating AI tools and APIs (e.g. chatbots, automation, smart workflows)
• Understanding of data security and privacy when working with AI systems

CMS & Tools

• Experience with WordPress or Headless CMS
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Hosting & deployment (AWS, VPS, or similar)

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• Proven experience working on business or corporate websites
• Experience supporting lead generation, performance-driven, or AI-enhanced websites
• Prior in-house or agency experience is a strong advantage
