Full Stack – Web Developer (MERN Stack | On-Site, Physical Job, Day Shift 12AM - 9PM)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong Frontend focus, proficient in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next.js TypeScript, Tailwind and complex form handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Responsive Web Applications: Create and maintain dynamic web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS to deliver a seamless, responsive user experience.
• Implement Robust Backend Services: Build and manage RESTful APIs and server-side logic with Node.js and Express.js, ensuring reliable data management with MongoDB.
• Complex Form Handling: Develop sophisticated form components in Next.js with TypeScript, implementing advanced validation, error handling, and state management to support complex user interactions.
• API Integrations: Integrate third-party services and external APIs to enhance application functionality and streamline backend processes.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement automated testing to ensure scalable and robust software solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize frontend and backend performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient resource utilization.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Maintain thorough technical documentation and contribute to evolving best practices to improve team productivity and application reliability.
• Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Continuously evaluate and incorporate new tools and frameworks, particularly in the Next.js and TypeScript ecosystems, to drive innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science (BCS), Software Engineering (BSE), IT, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in MERN Stack with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year in Type Script and API Integrations
