Full Stack Web Developer (PHP Laravel & Bootstrap)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer with deep expertise in PHP (Laravel) and Bootstrap to join our team for a full-time, onsite position. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of hands-on development experience and a strong command of both front-end and back-end technologies.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications, including admin dashboards, user dashboards, and customer interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Laravel (PHP) framework.
• Design and implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Build and manage comprehensive admin, user, and customer dashboards.
• Create and maintain APIs and server-side logic with strong database integration (MySQL).
• Ensure high-quality code that is scalable, secure, and follows best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with the design, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP with advanced knowledge of the Laravel framework.
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Proven experience building and managing admin panels, user dashboards, and customer-facing systems.
• Solid understanding of MySQL database design and optimization.
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, authentication systems, and role-based access control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in an onsite environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js or React).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, email services).
