Primary Skills UI/UX design for enterprise applications Secondary Skills HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS Key Responsibilities Customize Service Portal and Now Experience Framework for H&S users Design dashboards and reporting for EHS KPIs Apply branding and accessibility standards across applications Collaborate with Business Analysts and OCM team to ensure adoption alignment Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow UI/UX development Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Angular or React Hands-on experience with Service Portal and Now Experience Framework
