Your Role

As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications while collaborating with a global remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications.
• Work across front-end technologies (React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to turn designs into functional, scalable products.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and version control (Git).
• Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Debug issues and handle ongoing updates for partner agencies.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind.
• Experience with at least one backend framework: Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to clean, scalable code.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean.
