Richmond Properties is looking for a
Full-Stack Web Developer & SEO Specialist
to take ownership of our website, technical performance, and organic growth.
This role sits at the intersection of development, SEO, and lead generation. You'll be responsible for building and optimising scalable web solutions while driving search visibility, traffic, and inbound enquiries across our digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
Web Development

Build, maintain, and enhance front-end and back-end systems for our website and internal tools

Ensure strong performance across page speed, mobile responsiveness, security, and uptime

Integrate CRM systems, property listing feeds, APIs, lead forms, chat widgets, analytics, and tracking tools

Troubleshoot technical issues and deploy updates with minimal disruption
SEO & Organic Growth

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis tailored to the UAE real estate market

Execute on-page and technical SEO improvements including site architecture, structured data, schema, meta tags, and hreflang

Optimise content for rankings, traffic, and conversion intent

Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Semrush

Identify and resolve crawl errors, broken links, slow-loading pages, duplicate content, and indexing issues
Performance & Reporting

Set up dashboards to track traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions

Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, copywriters, designers, and sales teams on web-driven campaigns

Support and mentor junior technical staff or agency partners when required
What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in full-stack web development with strong SEO exposure

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or Node.js, and SQL databases

Experience working with WordPress or custom CMS platforms

Strong working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices

Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and lead generation

Knowledge of UAE property search behaviour

Experience working in real estate, portals, or high-volume lead environments
