Working Hours:

4:00 PM to 01:00 AM Türkiye time, in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note: Due to Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes in the U.S., working hours in Türkiye may shift accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, maintain, and when necessary rebuild existing websites using WordPress and preferably React / Next.js
• Implement clean, maintainable, responsive, and visually appealing web pages using existing components or pure HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (and relevant libraries)
• Optimize website structure, page load speed, and overall Web Vitals performance
• Ensure web security through best practices and compliance with security standards
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs (e.g., Google APIs, HR platforms like Indeed, OneWell’s internal ERP, Uber)
• Support and manage front-end components, performing necessary UI/UX enhancements
• Execute A/B tests to improve user experience prior to deployment
• Manage hosting, CDN, and caching configurations for optimal uptime and response time
• Design and execute technical and content SEO strategies to improve visibility and rankings
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and local SEO optimizations across multiple U.S. states
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and geo-targeted optimization
• Create, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel integrations
• Analyze performance data via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or equivalent tools
• Develop dashboards and performance reports (e.g., CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR) for monthly executive reviews
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development and/or SEO
• Advanced proficiency in WordPress and JavaScript, with strong familiarity in web development frameworks
• Experience with React or Next.js is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance optimization, and caching techniques
• Familiarity with web security, HTTPS, firewalls, and backup protocols is a strong plus
• Proven expertise in technical and content-driven SEO (including schema, metadata, and local search); hands-on experience with Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and structured data implementation
• Experience managing and optimizing campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of job schema and Google Jobs indexing is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable reports
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
