Full Stack WordPress Developer

Desol Int. is looking for a highly skilled Full Stack WordPress Developer who can handle end-to-end website development using modern WordPress page builders like Elementor, divi, as well as custom theme and plugin development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies and capable of converting Figma designs into responsive, scalable WordPress websites using ACF, Custom Post Types, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Build, customize, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using Elementor and other popular page builders.
• Convert design mockups (Figma, XD, PSD) into functional WordPress themes.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins and themes.
• Implement advanced custom fields (ACF), custom post types (CPT), taxonomies, and shortcodes.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
• Manage backend tasks including server setup, database management, and API integration.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.
• Maintain code quality through version control (Git) and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of professional WordPress development experience (both front-end and back-end).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL.
• Strong experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, and other page builders.
• Hands-on experience with ACF, CPT UI, WooCommerce, and Gravity Forms.
• Solid understanding of WordPress core, theme and plugin architecture.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Knowledge of SEO and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to lead and manage projects (or open to learn it)
