About the Role

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain a professional, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing website for our chemical industry-based company. The ideal candidate should have expertise in WordPress customization, plugins, themes, and design tools, with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a responsive WordPress website tailored to the chemical industry.

• Customize existing themes or build new themes aligned with company branding.

• Integrate relevant tools, plugins, and third-party applications for enhanced functionality.

• Ensure the website is SEO-optimized, mobile-friendly, and performance-oriented.

• Collaborate with management/marketing team to create visually appealing layouts, graphics, and content placement.

• Maintain website security, backups, and updates.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth website performance.

• Provide ongoing support for website enhancements and new features.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Web Developer with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in WordPress CMS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP.

• Strong knowledge of theme customization, plugin development, and page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.).

• Experience in creating aesthetically professional B2B websites (preferably in industrial/chemical sectors).

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to create modern, user-friendly designs.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (Yoast SEO, Rank Math, etc.).

• Knowledge of website performance optimization (caching, CDN, image optimization).

• Experience with security best practices (SSL, firewalls, backups).

• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Figma for design work.

• Experience with B2B lead generation tools integration (forms, CRM, live chat, etc.).

• Previous experience working with chemical or manufacturing companies’ websites.
