Job Title: Full-Time Nanny (Infant Care 3-Month-Old)

Location: Wellesley, MA

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Wednesdays Off)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Start Date: May 18, 2026

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, nurturing, and experienced full-time nanny to care for our 3-month-old infant. The ideal candidate has hands-on newborn experience and is confident supporting early developmental milestones in a safe and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for a 3-month-old infant
• Manage feeding schedules, comfort with breastfeeding infants
• Diapering, hygiene, and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Support age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, etc.)
• Establish and maintain consistent nap routines
Light housekeeping related to the child

Qualifications

• Prior newborn/infant care experience required (professional nannying experience preferred)
• Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Non-smoker
• Reliable transportation
• Strong references

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in early childhood education or related field
• Experience working collaboratively with families and extended family members
