About Us

We are a growing e-commerce brand managing multiple product lines including fashion, lifestyle, and Western-inspired products. Our main growth channel is Facebook & Instagram, and we need a creative designer who understands social media trends, engagement psychology, and performance-driven creatives.

Primary Focus (Very Important)

Your main responsibility will be:

• Designing Facebook & Instagram posts
• Carousel posts
• Reels cover designs
• Promotional creatives
• Sale announcements
• Product highlight posts
• Giveaway posts
• Engagement posts (quotes, hooks, storytelling)
• Trend-based viral creatives
• Ad creatives for Meta Ads

You must understand:

• Hook-based designs
• Scroll-stopping thumbnails
• Clean, modern layouts
• Strong typography
• Visual hierarchy
• Platform-safe zones & dimensions

Additional Responsibilities

• Amazon listing images (main image, infographic, lifestyle)
• Shopify banners & website creatives
• Email campaign graphics
• Product launch creatives
• Brand story visuals
• AI-generated backgrounds & concept visuals
• Image retouching & enhancement
• Creating multiple variations for A/B testing

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva Pro
• Proven experience designing for Facebook & Instagram
• Understanding of social media algorithms & engagement
• Ability to design both organic & paid ad creatives
• Good color sense & branding consistency
• Fast turnaround time
• Strong communication skills

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro
• Experience designing for Amazon, e-commerce and Social Media
• Good understanding of branding & typography
• Ability to create conversion-focused infographics
• Basic knowledge of marketing psychology
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

AI Tools Experience (Must Have)

Experience with tools like:

• ChatGPT (for content ideas & prompts)
• Midjourney / DALL·E / Nano banana/ AI image generation tools
• Remove.bg / AI background tools
• AI upscaling & enhancement tools
• Prompt writing for image generation

You must understand how to use AI to speed up workflow — not replace creativity.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

• Video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
• Basic motion graphics
• Experience with Western / fashion / lifestyle brands
• Experience working with Amazon FBA sellers
• Understanding of SEO-friendly image optimization
