Creative Designer

ClearPath Orthodontics is looking for a Creative Designer to join our Digital Marketing and Product team in Lahore. This role is ideal for a designer who has solid experience in Creative Design, understands user-centered design, and enjoys working hands-on across real products and platforms.

You’ll be responsible for designing clear, intuitive, and visually consistent user experiences, while collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and internal stakeholders to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, and campaign creatives

● Develop creative assets for digital marketing, including ads, banners, landing pages, and website visuals

● Translate brand strategy and campaign ideas into engaging, on-brand visual concepts

● Work closely with marketing, content, and brand teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions

● Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints by following brand guidelines and design systems

● Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining design quality

● Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative brainstorming sessions

● Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

● Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and platform-specific best practices

● Support other creative needs such as presentations, internal assets, and occasional print materials

Experience & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field

● 2-4 years of professional experience in creative design or digital product design

● A strong portfolio showcasing thinking, and execution across digital platforms

● Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar

● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

● Ability to translate requirements into clean, functional, and user-friendly designs

● Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
