UI/UX

Note: Our office hours are from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. to keep pace with our UK office.

Role and Responsibilities:

· Illustrate design ideas using user journeys, thematic analysis, and sitemaps.

· Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

· Build page navigation buttons and search fields

· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

· Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)

· Prepare and present MVPs to internal teams and key stakeholders

· Identify and troubleshoot UX core and well versed with responsive design.

· Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

· Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

· Knowledge of wireframe tools like Wireframe.cc and In Vision, Adobe XD and Figma

· Up-to-date knowledge of vector and raster-based software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

· Making sure designs are pixel-perfect and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before being sent to press and production facilities

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelors

Key Requirements:

· 4-5 years relevant experience in UI/UX Design role.

· Knowledge on Design Thinking Process.

· Experience in creating and implementing UI design

· Ability to discuss and explain design options, optimize existing user interface designs

· Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

· Strong communication skills and a highly developed design vocabulary

· Fluent in English

· Outstanding visual design, including original concepts, hands-on design, and branding standards

· Solid understanding of cross-browser/platform issues and code solutions

· Flexibility to problem-solve in a fast-paced, self-driven environment

· Strong creative skills in layout and typography

· Self-starter yet highly collaborative

· Background in e-commerce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs380,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
