Full Time Barista

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven barista with a strong background in the food and beverage industry.

This role requires precision, efficiency, and a deep respect for the craft of coffee.

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and specialty beverages with consistency and precision.

Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and elevated café experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining area, and equipment at all times.
• Dial in espresso, monitor extraction, and maintain coffee quality standards throughout shifts.
• Manage workflow during high-volume service while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Restock inventory including milk, pastries, and retail items as needed
• Support team operations and communicate effectively with shift leads and coworkers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in coffee or food & beverage industry
• Strong understanding of espresso preparation, milk texturing, and coffee fundamentals
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

• Ability to stand for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift)
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs (milk crates, supply boxes)
• Comfortable with repetitive motions (grinding, tamping, pouring)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
