FULL-TIME BARTENDER

Di Edge Waterfront Bar & Kitchen is seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team full-time.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about guest service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
• Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
• Follow all alcohol service, sanitation, and company policies
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Current ATAP Certification required
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
