At Piazza Restaurant & Bar, we're more than a restaurant—we're a family. Since opening in July 2020, we've built a loyal following by delivering exceptional hospitality, handcrafted cocktails, thoughtfully curated wines, and a delicious seasonal menu in the heart of Carson City.

We're looking for a passionate bartender who loves creating memorable guest experiences and takes pride in their craft.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional hospitality every shift
• Craft quality cocktails with consistency and creativity
• Share your knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer with guests
• Take food and beverage orders using our POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, and bar ingredients
• Follow all sanitation and safety standards
• Work closely with management and kitchen staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of classic and craft cocktails
• Outstanding hospitality and customer service skills
• Positive, upbeat personality with the ability to connect with guests
• Creative mindset and passion for developing new cocktail ideas
• Ability to build relationships and create loyal regulars
• Dependable team player seeking a long-term opportunity
• Must be 21+ years old and maintain all required alcohol service certifications

Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday
• Restaurant hours: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
• Weekend availability required
• Some holidays and private events
