We’re looking for a versatile, polished Bartender who can seamlessly move between three of Austin’s most unique concepts under one roof:

Keepers Coastal Kitchen

Casual coastal vibes, oysters, cocktails that breathe easy.

Oasthouse Kitchen + Bar

Chef-driven gastropub with European soul & Texan heart.

Daisy Lounge

Our intimate speakeasy — elevated cocktails, lounge-style service, and a curated vibe.

If you have strong craft cocktail skills, professionalism, and the ability to read the room across multiple styles of service… this role is a perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Deliver Elevated, Consistent Hospitality Across All Three Concepts

• Create cocktails with precision, speed, and creativity
• Maintain a crisp, polished, professional appearance
• Read each environment’s unique vibe and adjust accordingly

Keepers — Coastal Service

• Light, refreshing cocktails, relaxed pacing
• Warm, easygoing hospitality
• Ability to serve at the bar, patio, or high-volume service well

Oasthouse — Gastropub Craft

• Familiar cocktails with elevated execution
• Excellent beer knowledge & whiskey confidence
• Guest-focused education and pairing recommendations

Daisy Lounge — Speakeasy Excellence

• Craft high-level cocktails with clean technique
• Understand balance, flavor profiles, and proper presentation
• Create a calm, intimate, memorable drinking experience

KEY SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong craft bartending skills
• Excellent guest engagement & communication
• Ability to manage volume with composure
• Attention to detail — garnishes, glassware, cleanliness
• Team-first attitude (support service, bus dishes, restock, run drinks)
• Consistency under pressure
• Reliable, polished, and coachable
• Ability to switch between three service environments smoothly
