Lead Bartender

Scelto Modern Italian in Sandy, Ut is looking for an experienced bartender to join the team.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an upscale dining restaurant, cocktail bar or fine dining establishment.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintains a clean and an organized bar.
• Manages inventory and assist with ordering and stocking.
• Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations.
• Work closely with management and service team to ensure smooth operations.
