FULL TIME BIM MODELER - INTERIOR DESIGN DISCIPLINE

We are seeking immediate joiners for the position of BIM Modeler – Interior Design (ID discipline) to join our growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be deployed to a client office for one year under our company visa. This role demands strong technical proficiency, the ability to manage queries from both internal teams and client representatives, and hands-on expertise in BIM for Interior Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update BIM models for Interior Design (ID discipline) in compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Address and resolve technical queries raised by team members and client’s technical representatives.
• Lead and guide backend modeling teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Run clash detection processes, prepare clash reports, and coordinate resolutions with both client and internal teams.
• Ensure that all models, drawings, and deliverables reflect accurate interior design vocabulary, details, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless design coordination.
• Support in preparing and submitting drawings, models, and technical documentation per client standards.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings with clients and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a BIM Modeler in the Interior Design discipline.
• Strong command of Autodesk Revit and other BIM-related software (Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Excellent understanding of Interior Design terminology, finishes, and detailing.
• Experience in clash detection workflows using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and internal team members.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently driving tasks to completion.
• Availability to join within 3 weeks is mandatory.
