Full Time Boba Tea Barista

Job Responsibilities:

• Cook boba according to policy
• Brew teas according to procedure supervisor or manager's request
• Greet customers and take drink orders in a professional & kindly manner
• Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card
• Deliver excellent customer service to our customers
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including equipment and appliances, floors, and counters
• Clean equipment, mop floor, taking out recycling and other sanitation duties
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
• Ensure that all drinks are consistently prepared and served according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have availability to work weekends and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
