What Our Painters Do

Our painters bring skill, precision, and professionalism to every project. Responsibilities for painters include:

• Preparing surfaces (washing, scraping, sanding, filling cracks and holes)
• Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Paint matching and finishing work
• Completing related tasks like caulking, drywall repair, mudding, taping, and wallpaper hanging
• Following instructions, safety guidelines, and product labels
• Safely operating tools, equipment, and work vehicles

What We’re Looking For in Painters

We’re looking for experienced painters who are motivated and reliable.

Requirements for painters:

• Residential painting experience: 2+ years (Required)
• Commercial painting experience: 1+ year (Required)
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and equipment
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team of painters
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Additional skills like drywall or carpentry are a big plus for painters looking to grow.

Pay & Benefits for Painters

• Starting pay: $20–$25/hour (based on painting experience and skill)
